EndoliftX® is a minimally invasive, non-surgical medical laser treatment designed for skin tightening, tissue remodeling and sculpting. It uses extremely fine disposable optical microfibers connected to Eufoton®’s LASEmaR® 1500 laser system. The fibers are introduced into the hypodermal tissue without surgical incisions to deliver controlled laser energy beneath the skin.
The 1470 nm wavelength interacts selectively with water and fat, supporting collagen remodeling and neo-collagenesis while, where clinically appropriate, also targeting small localized fat deposits.
EndoliftX® may be used to improve skin laxity, loss of definition and selected localized fat deposits. Official treatment areas include the lower eyelids, lower and middle face, jawline, under-chin area and neck. Selected body areas include the inner arms, abdomen, gluteal area, knees, inner thighs and ankles.
The treatment works at different tissue levels to support tightening and rejuvenation superficially, while deeper treatment can contribute to collagen remodeling, connective-tissue restructuring and, when indicated, localized lipolysis.
Very fine optical microfibers are passed beneath the skin and deliver selective 1470 nm laser energy along planned treatment vectors. The wavelength is strongly interactive with water and fat, allowing the physician to work within targeted tissue planes.
The controlled laser effect stimulates collagen production in deeper skin layers and remodels fibrous septa, producing a tightening and sculpting effect. Where appropriate, the same wavelength can also activate localized fat-cell dissolution.

The number of sessions is individualized. Eufoton states that it depends on the type of treatment, the body or facial area and the patient’s specific clinical and anatomical situation. EndoliftX® is designed as an outpatient treatment with minimal recovery compared with surgical lifting or cannula-assisted procedures. Local micro-anaesthesia may be used for comfort. Because no surgical incision or stitches are required in the standard protocol, many patients can return to normal activities within a few hours. Individual experiences vary, and temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur after minimally invasive procedures.
An initial tightening or contouring effect may be visible after treatment. Results can continue to improve over the following months as new collagen develops in deeper skin layers. The degree and duration of improvement vary according to anatomy, treatment area, age, skin laxity and individual response.
