1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.7dmc.ae, our mobile application, and any online forms, booking tools or patient-facing digital services operated by Seven Dimensions Medical Centre, trading as 7 Dimensions Medical Centre / 7DMC (“7DMC”, “we”, “us”), DHA License No. 3339141.

By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our digital platforms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, our EMR & Patient Health Data Policy.

2. Who Can Use Our Digital Platforms

Our website and app are intended for individuals seeking information about 7DMC’s services or wishing to book or manage an appointment. Where a minor’s information is submitted, this must be done by a parent or legal guardian.

Content on our website and app is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a qualified physician at 7DMC.

4. Not for Medical Emergencies

Our website, app, WhatsApp channel and online forms must not be used to report a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 (UAE emergency services) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

5. Appointment Requests

Submitting an enquiry or appointment-request form, or messaging us via WhatsApp, is a request only — it does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our reception team. Appointment confirmations, changes and cancellations sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email are for scheduling convenience and do not form part of your medical record.

Coverage under your health insurance policy (including with Nextcare, Al Madallah or MSH) is subject to your insurer’s terms and is not guaranteed by 7DMC. We recommend confirming your coverage and any co-payment with your insurer before your visit.

6. Account Use (Patient Portal / Mobile App)

Where our mobile app or any future patient portal requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at marketing@7dmc.ae if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Our website and app may link to, or integrate with, third-party services such as our insurance partners (Nextcare, Al Madallah, MSH), our payment partner (Tabby), and social media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Where patient reviews or testimonials appear on our website or third-party platforms (such as Google Reviews), these reflect individual patient experiences. Results and experiences vary between individuals, and a testimonial is not a guarantee of a particular outcome for any other patient.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 7DMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or app, including loss arising from reliance on general informational content, technical interruptions, or third-party services linked from our platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability arising from the clinical care we provide.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
