Dr. Munoz is a highly accomplished orthopedic specialist with over 15 years of extensive experience in Foot and Ankle/Lower Extremity Surgery. His profound expertise in intricate surgical techniques and holistic approach to diagnosing and addressing various orthopedic issues make him a seasoned practitioner. His areas of specialization encompass reconstructive surgery, knee arthroscopy (including ACL, meniscus, and chondral lesion procedures), state-of-the-art joint preservation techniques utilizing regenerative medicine, tibial osteotomies, foot and ankle surgery, supra malleolar osteotomies, sports medicine, and biomechanical interventions.

He is passionately dedicated to correcting foot and ankle deformities, such as bunions, claw toes, flat feet, cavus feet, and a range of foot osteotomies. His extensive background includes substantial involvement in emergency room trauma cases, where he previously served as the Orthopedic Chief of Service and led the Foot and Ankle Team.
